Thanks for your email. You should download and submit the Noncustodial Parent Waiver on the College Board website. Our office will take a look at that waiver and let you know if it has been approved.
If approved, your Noncustodial Parents information will be waived for your application completely. This process will take some time, but your first step is to find and download the Noncustodial Parent Waiver form via the College Board and submit that with the rest of your IDOC documents. Thanks!
