Thank you for your email. You will need to complete the noncustodial waiver request that can be found on the College Board website and we will also require a letter from a third party (other than a family member, family friend or attorney) who can verify the amount of contact a child has had with the noncustodial parent is required.
For example, school guidance counselor, doctor, therapist or clergy member. Documents should be uploaded through IDOC for processing.
