Thanks for your email; we do have a system in place to waive requirements for your non-custodial parent. I’ve attached a copy of the waiver for your review.
As part of the waiver petition process, we ask for both a signed student statement outlining your relationship (if any) with your non-custodial parent, and a signed third party statement. As every student’s situation is different, there is some flexibility with the specific person that can supply the letter (teacher, counselor, clergy, etc) but we ask that it’s not from a family member or an attorney.
