Date: On Monday, October 13th, 2025Thank you for your email. Please review the Noncustodial Profile Waiver Request form carefully and complete it thoroughly. In addition to this application, you must provide a third-party statement or other documentation outlining the nature of the student’s relationship with the noncustodial parent. Documentation may include court or legal orders, or a statement from a counselor, teacher, clergy member, or other professional, rather than a family member or friend. Additional instructions can be found on the application.
Please be aware that our office is only able to waive the Noncustodial Parent Profile requirement in extreme cases, in which contact between the student and noncustodial parent has been minimal over an extended period. The noncustodial parent’s unwillingness to complete the Profile or contribute to college expenses will not be considered in granting a waiver.
The waiver request form and supporting documentation may be submitted to our office via email, regular mail, or secure document upload.
