Thank you for your email and interest in Middlebury.
You would need to complete the CSS Profile Waiver Request for the Non-Custodial Parent. This document is available on IDOC in their list of forms.
On the form it will give you some examples of third-party documents we would need with your waiver form.
Once you have uploaded the waiver request and supporting documents to IDOC, our office will notify you by email if any additional noncustodial parent information is required to complete your financial aid application.
All documents need to be uploaded through the College Board’s IDOC system and not emailed to our office.
