If you believe special circumstances exist in your family where obtaining the non-custodial parent’s information is not possible,, please review the CSS Profile Waiver Request for the Noncustodial Parent.
You will find examples of waiver requests that may or may not be considered on the first page of the form.
Please note that we do not consider a lack of cooperation or willingness sufficient justification to waive noncustodial parent requirements.
