Please know in order to waive the Noncustodial Parent requirements, we require a letter from a person who holds a position such as a pastor, guidance counselor, teacher, or attorney attesting to the fact that you do not have contact with your noncustodial parent. The letter should be on letterhead, dated & signed and can be emailed or faxed to us.
