Boston College NCP Waiver Form

Thank you for your interest in Boston College. To be considered for institutional aid, Boston College requires financial information from both biological parents.

However, if you have a special circumstance, you may submit a petition to waive the Non-Custodial Parent information. To request a Non-Custodial Parent Waiver, please follow the steps below:

Complete the Non-Custodial Parent Waiver Petition Form.

Submit two letters explaining the reason for your request:

One letter should be written by either the applicant or the custodial parent.

The second letter must be written by a third party who is not related to the family (please refer to the form’s instructions for details).

The completed petition will be reviewed by a financial aid committee to determine whether it will be approved.
