When you access IDOC after completing the CSS Profile, (IDOC is the document tool associated with the CSS Profile), you will find a form called the “non custodial parent waiver form”. Please complete this form and upload it to IDOC. We will review it and if approved, we will waive the non custodial parent requirements.
