Students have the option to complete the Non-Custodial Parent Waiver Petition found on IDOC as well as our website. We will also need a statement from a third party (cannot be a family member or attorney) that verifies the amount of contact you have had with the non-custodial parent.
The requirement for your non-custodial information typically will not drop until the petition is reviewed by our office should you be accepted for admission.
